All equipment is tested and maintained in excellent condition, ensuring its perfect functioning.

No, except for those that state otherwise, all devices, especially smartphones, do not include charging accessories in order to simplify and reduce costs. These are optional extras which, as they alter the shipping and handling costs of orders, we leave it up to the customer to decide whether they need them or not, rather than paying for them in full.

We accept payments via credit/debit card, MB Way, Multibanco references, and bank transfer.

Yes, a security deposit is required and will be refunded after the equipment has been inspected at the end of the rent period.

We do not have a minimum charge, but the final cost will be calculated based on the equipment and the duration of the hire.

The equipment is delivered to the address provided at the time of booking. We guarantee delivery within 24/48 hours throughout the country.

At the end of the hire period, the equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. We provide clear instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Yes, the cost depends on the location and will be shown at the time of booking. In the event of exchanges due to defects or errors, the costs are covered by Rent a Phone.

Yes, you may cancel up to 3 days before the rental start date for a full refund. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

Yes, we offer mobile data plans as an additional option:

  • 15GB for €2/day.
  • Unlimited for €3/day.

No, data plans are exclusively for use within the country. Their use entails the payment of additional charges.

Any additional costs arising from usage outside the limits will be charged to the customer.

Any damage will be assessed, and the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. If the deposit amount is insufficient, the customer will be responsible for the difference.

If the defect is not caused by misuse, we will replace the equipment at no additional cost, depending on availability.

Misuse includes:

  • Physical damage caused by drops or impacts.
  • Exposure to liquids or extreme temperatures.
  • Unauthorised modifications or repair attempts.
