How does it work?
1. Choose your equipment: Browse our catalogue and select the products that meet your needs, from smartphones and tablets to routers and power banks. If the equipment is capable of using mobile data, such as a smartphone, a tablet with mobile phone capability, or a mobile network router, you can add extra mobile data with the plan that best suits your needs.
2. Select the data plan (optional): If you need mobile data, choose one of our plans at the time of booking:
• 15GB/Day: €2/day.
• Unlimited Data: €3/day.
Both plans include unlimited calls and SMS for use within the UK.
3. Book online: Confirm your booking details, including your chosen data plan, and complete the process in just a few minutes. The extra mobile data will be charged (and will be active) for every day of your rental.
4. Collect and use: We will deliver the equipment to the agreed location, with the data configured and ready to use.
Data Policy
• The available data plans are exclusively for use within the national territory.
• If use outside Portugal results in additional costs, these amounts will be charged to the customer.
• The activation of any data plan includes unlimited calls and SMS within the national territory. These can be used exclusively within the scope of the equipment rental.
• Illegal use: All operations carried out using our equipment that are considered illegal under Portuguese law will be charged directly to the customer, who will be fully responsible for them.
• The data plan must be chosen at the time of booking to ensure that it is activated in time.
